CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS


Cancellations must be communicated in writing or via email to the office that confirmed the reservation. Cancellations will be effective only from the date the booking office confirms them.
If a booking is cancelled, the client will be charged the following cancellation fee:
Kilimanjaro Trekking
30 days or more prior to departure – No cancellation fees
20 to 14 days before departure – 10% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees
0 to 13 days before departure – 50% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees
For Safaris in Tanzania Or Kenya
150 days and above before departure – No cancellation fees
90 to 149 days before departure – 10% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees
45 to 89 days before departure – 20% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees
0 to 44 days before departure – 30% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees
Change of Dates You have the option to change the dates of your tour at any time. When rescheduling, any applicable cancellation charges as well as any new charges will apply. The Company will notify you of any additional charges before the rescheduling is completed. If the booking is cancelled after rescheduling, any refunds will be calculated using the original tour date.
If we Cancel The Company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel any tour without prior notice in cases where this is unavoidable. However, in that case, the Company agrees to refund the client’s entire payment. This is the Company’s sole responsibility to the client, and no claim for damages, however arising, shall be made against the Company.
